Monthly Goals

November Goals

  • Go to the gym 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Log my food every day (everything!)
  • Ride Daisy at least 2x a week
  • Decorate for the Holidays
  • Hang up pictures/Get pictures from trip
  • Be able to do 30 crunches by the end of the Month
  • Be able to do 20 push ups by the end of the Month
  • Be able to hold the plank position for 1 minute
  • Get down to 180
